I keep seeing frustrated tweets from people wanting the #CovidVaccine. When can you get it? We're currently in the early stage of phase one, w/ first responder vaccination starting Jan. 11. As each successive piece starts, details on where to go will be made clear

Don't call your doctor wanting the vaccine. They will tell you they aren't taking appointments. Don't bug your hospital, they have their hands full with patients.

"But why can't I just sign up now?" you might be wondering. Because MA is trying to time things to the arrival of the vaccine. Imagine if you book 3,000 appointments for March 1 only to realize that the delivery hasn't come in for that date.

One final point - MA is doing this well (esp compared to other states). On Dec 30 we had 300,000 doses delivered. On Jan. 4, 287,000 doses had been sent to vaccination sites, and 116,071 shots had been given.

We're getting there, it just takes time.
