It's entirely evident that the Trump administration doesn't plan to change courses on the issue with Dustin's situation. He's an innocent man having his life taken away from him.

A lot of people dm'ed me trying to say he's guilty, please explain in what ways and under what pretenses? I'd love to know.
He was convicted under the notion of a THEORY, i repeat, A THEORY.
At most in a court of law, he'd be charged with conspiracy if anything. Without any concrete evidence, he simply isn't guilty.
As a believer in the idea of "guilty until proven otherwise", I can see how Dustin Higgs is innocent, there simply isn't enough evidence nor motive behind any of what the case says.
Keep in mind that he was convicted off of the testimony of a co-defendant who took the stand at the price of a deal offered by lawyers to speak against Higgs.
