A big share of the blame for what happened in the Warnock/Loeffler race last night can be traced to the reality show, send in your resume way that seat was filled when Isakson retired. The GOP divided into camps around their favorite candidates before Loeffler took the job.

It is also a lesson in what happens when you perpetually campaign and don't, you know, do the job you were appointed to. I never once felt like Loeffler had the best interests of Georgians at heart or was even doing anything other than propping up Trump her whole tenure.

And, if she continues with her plan to challenge Georgia's duly elected electors today, her last act as an unelected senator will be a ploy to disenfranchise her own constituents. Shameful.
