Ah, typical morning for me. Need to call the doctor, so I open my notes in preparation, realise they're messy, decide to organise them, while doing so find an old map from 1813, notice what looks like a group of barrows 👀 (note the group of circles around the road)
Quick search online, and there's only one result - a very old novel set in the area. It has this wonderful description of the surroundings, to set the mood...
But this is what I'm after:

"Further on was a curious group of small hills, known in the district as the Seven Lowes, and not far from these mounds was another pool."

A group of small, round hills, surely barrows, and no other mention? đŸ€”
So I matched it against the OS map, and there they are! The name has changed a little, which is why there were no results. And from a further look, they're basically destroyed by now, just slight bumps in heavily ploughed fields.
Next, I’ll have a look into Whistlebitch Well, I can’t resist that. 🙃 (And hopefully call the doctor at some point too)
Side note: that map also shows Relict’s Moss (next to, apparently, “Crap Moss).
Relict is an old word for “made a relic”, which is curious. Relic was also used for widow - her husband’s relic. I wonder if a widow once lived here - a sad tale recorded in a name.
