While working on the topic of whether Pashtuns are Israelites I came across some weird but interesting community and content online led by some Israelis.
They appear to be looking for the lost tribes but are also actively supporting anti-Pakistan & PTM politics.

There is no good reason to question an anthropological academic project that seek to find the "lost tribes" but when you appeal to the opposing political groups and try to gain by exploiting political fault lines, you're definitely pursuing a political agenda!
This is one of the many websites that I came across. My suspicion was raised by not finding any article by or an interview with any Pashtun academic from Afghanistan or Pakistan but only from the PTM and Pashtunistani elements.

For example, this notorious Dawud Khattak has his interview published there. The man is a known anti-Pakistani groomed and used by the Indian establishment.

Click on the interview with the editor of PashtunTimes, it will take you to another website ( https://www.israelnationalnews.com/Articles/Article.aspx/22446) where there is this usual "genocide" propaganda. The guy was enabled by the Indian lobbies of EUDisInfo' Indian Chronicles and got to speak at UN Geneva meet.
Another website that popped up was ( https://khyber-institute.com/ ) apparently a non-for-profit and non-partisan human rights NGO with three people as team. One is an Afridi and another an Israeli.
Interestingly, their focus is ONLY on human rights violation in PAKISTAN!

I was further led to two Facebook groups apparently working to find the lost tribes of Israel, one public and another private. Almost all of the posts on the public group are anti-Pakistan, a few eye-wash posts on the lost tribes!
