How to make an omelette [A THREAD]
first thing first, don’t forget your FRYING PAN. It’s IMPORTANT. Remember that. A FRYING PAN
first you CRACK THE EGG OPEN, and then BEAT the egg
Heat oil and butter in a non-stick frying pan, set the stove on medium-low heat, melted the butter until it’s foaming
Pour the BEATEN egg into the pan, tilt the plan slightly and cover the surface of the pan for 20s or whatever
tilt the pan again so the runny egg can fill it back up
Add your favourite toppings into your omelette and let it cook
Slide it onto a plate for serving
