Some fool is talking about what the Courts will or won't grant to the President of the United States or the President of the Senate.

The only thing I'm looking for today is whether 45 wants to let Congress commit the final criminal act, or whether 45 wants the President of the Senate to allow them to go forward with an assent to criminality.
