'Experts' are not usually appointed by one party; they are jointly instructed by all. Their evidence is subject to scrutiny & robust examination. If there are concerns about acting outside competence or behaving unethically - a complaint to their regulatory body should be made.
If you @LDNVictimsComm have knowledge of any 'expert' acting in this way - you have a duty to raise concerns with their regulatory body. (3)
My experience is that both allegations of parental alienation and domestic abuse are used to garner leverage in an adversarial process which does not sufficiently focus on the needs of the child. The child is often lost in this adult battle. (4)
