Week up to Christmas, London’s in tier4, we’re in tier2.. down come his son, daughter in law and 3 kids. Against official rules/advice.. with daughter in law not feeling well..
His wife comes down from London with another daughter 2 days before Christmas.

Landlord starts to feel ill Christmas Eve, covid test 4 days later positive. Son stays with him, also positive. Rest of them go back into London except wife and daughter travel to Antigua (
