So many beautiful songs have been made in hindi cinema addressing the God & those songs are masterpieces. I have tried to group them.
I have added my fav lines from each song.

A thread -

1. Kun Faya Kun - Let's start with this Masterpiece. AR Rahman sir, Mohit Chauhan and others came together to produce this gem. Eternal.

2. O Paalanhaare - AR Rahman and Lata Mangeshkar. That's enough.

3. Kyun Main Jaagoon - My personal favourite. Lyrics. Gem from Shafqat Amanat Ali. Music of Shankar Ehsaan Loy. Top comment is apt.

4. Mere Nishaan - Very soothing song, beautiful lyrics. Apt depiction of humans from the eyes of God. Gem from Kailash Kher and Meet Bros.

5. Sun Le Re - Again briliant Lyrics, emotions of a man who finds himself alone among corrupts and criminals, but he won't give up. Sung by Papon and Music by Underrated Shantanu Moitra.

6. Namo Namo - Absolute gem from great Amit Trivedi.
"Tere nam ki jyot ne sara har liya tamas mera"

7. Neki ki Raah - Underrated song from underrated movie. Lyrics inspired from Bible. Mithoon-Arijit duo at it again.

8. Noor-E-Khuda - Another Shankar Ehsaan Loy gem. This song is feeling, nothing much to add.

9. Maula Mere Le Le Meri Jaan - Human emotions at the very best. You want to sob so hard. Song by Salim Merchant and Krishna.

10. Bhagwan hai Kahan re tu - A man in search of God. Sung by great Sonu Nigam.

11. Jhuk Na Paunga - The bravest of them all, he knows he is going to die and he is challenging them all, telling the whole world that he won't bend over. He tells he has his God with him. Papon Again.

12. Aye Khuda - The man who didn't believe in God realises his mistake, if only he would have visited the temple before. Gem.

13. Allah Ke Bande - Kailash Kher masterclass. Nostalgia.

14. Bande hain ham uske - Bit Different from others. Beautiful lyrics. Hits you hard.

15. Tajdar-e-Haram - Gem from Atif Aslam, don't understand more than 2,3 words but still one of the fav.

16. Itni Shakti hame dena deta - let's end this thread with this beautiful evergreen prayer from old movie, you all must have listened it.
