My one clarification is actually the KKK had not yet reorganized in Georgia. But those who murdered Frank were loosely affiliated, and many point to the Frank murder as the moment that revitalized the Klan in Georgia.
But this is all to explain how symbolic an Ossoff win would be for Georgia’s small but tight-knit Jewish community.
