5. They are at 8 requested interviews and 7 of them would all be positive hires in my opinion. These aren't scrubs.

6. If you interview 10-12 people you get to hear 10-12 people tell you what's wrong with your franchise. You can learn a LOT.
7. What if one of these coordinators gets a HC job but is fired in a few years and needs a new job back as a great coordinator? You have history.

8. They were not thorough the first time when they hired Lynn. They can be now, and they should be.
Suggesting this is a bad idea is kinda ridiculous. If the Chargers miss out on Daboll because the Jets wowed him then he probably would have gone there anyway because they wowed him.

The #Chargers are offering a premier job that only one other team (all in on Meyer) is.
