3) Do not join any telegram group as it is very easy for an IT professional to retrieve your phone numer from there.

4) Keep changing your Twitter account password every week, if possible.

5) Do not fill any Google document asking for any personal detail.

These steps would help you secure your identity as well as prevent your account from hacking.
