there are so many tech jobs out there that don't require you to code.

for anyone looking to break into tech without coding here's a list to get you started.

a THREAD...
1/5

product manager - sometimes they can make more money than software engineers.

this role requires overseeing strategy, design, and implementation, great for anyone who is creative, has an entrepreneurial or managerial background.
2/5

technical writer/analyst - my first role before software engineering, the pay is good and you learn a bunch about the holistic architecture behind applications.

this role requires you to have solid writing skills and the ability to understand tech products conceptually.
3/5

ux/ui designer - if you're a creative/good with design software this is the perfect field

this role requires you to design layouts and user interfaces for websites as well as researching and understanding user needs.
4/5

solutions architect - you will have to learn a lot of technical concepts but as non-coding jobs go, this is probably one of the highest paying.

this role requires you to understand technical architecture and be able to design technical systems for implementation.
5/5

business analyst - the pay is solid and you will get to interface with the developer team and stakeholders.

this role requires you to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks for the software engineers to implement.
small thread but these roles are really dope that will have you working very closely to code but not writing any :)

good luck!
average salaries for each job discussed above

product manager - $109,000
technical writer - $58,000
ux/ui designer - $86,000
