Allen Cheng says the man also went to Chadstone for the Boxing Day sales on 26th December from 6.00am to 2.00pm.

Jeroen Weimar says they are tracking the man's movements at Chadstone through his mobile phone. There may be more shops added to the list
Border exemptions: Granted 295, 3,452 being processed. An online portal has been established. Weimar says they are dealing with the most urgent cases first.
