Number 26 is @InEarnestBand and Come Upstairs, this trio are one of my favourite lockdown discoveries and this track is a heart on the sleeve analysis of mental health, so brave

Number 25 is @sunstinger and Nothing’s Alright, Leave Me Alone, this is a song that showcases a band that is overloaded with talent, 2021 could be a big year

Number 24 is a band that sadly disbanded in 2020 but not before giving us the sound of the summer, it’s @RanzasMusic and Sunshine

Number 23 is @BeirutClub and The One That Hurts, absolute indie dance vibes, can’t wait to catch them live

Number 22 is @TheSnuts and Always, there really is no stopping these guys, huge things await for the West Lothian lads

Number 19 is @spyr3s and Fake ID, another fabulous band who are destined for bigger things, look out for them in 2021

Number 18 is a stable mate of Spyres, it’s @TheDunts and Learn, these guys played their biggest gig to date just before lockdown 1, but they will return with a bang

Number 17 is @stmartiins and devil’s a pair, I have been a fan of the band for a long time, but if this is a taster for the next batch of tracks then I can’t wait

Number 16 is @project_shed and Bedtime, the Bolton lads have released a trail of brilliant tracks this year and this is the best of them

Number 15 is @hiitskitti and kandy kissin’, it’s been a huge year for her winning Scottish Breakthrough artist of the year and best jazz vocalist, it’s well deserved with her brilliant voice

Number 14 is Port Talbots finest @IncidentVela and Home, they are another band who grabbed my attention with their melodic guitars and shoegaze riffs, a great 2020 discovery

Number 13 unlucky for some but not for @cafollamusic and Everyday Superman, great track with great jazz infused dance vibes

Number 12 is @THENINTHWAVE_ and I’m Only Going To Hurt You, even during lockdown they built on the success of 2019 and are another band to watch in 2021

Number 10 is Dundee’s very own pop princess @iambecharlotte and Set Somebody Free, 2021 is going to be the year she breaks the charts

Number 9 is @vistasmusic and Summer, 2020 saw them smash out their debut album, these guys don’t write a bad song

Number 6 is @joshua_grantt and Edinburgh, this is just a beautiful and introspective storytelling song, another huge talent with a lot to look forward to

Number 5 is @Rachellojack and For You, Rachel has had a fantastic year with her folk inspired The Calgary Tapes but not content with that she is transforming herself into a bonafide pop star, look out 2021 Rachel has her sights on conquering you

Number 4 is @brownbearband and Retro, what a tune, what a voice, hopefully much more to come from Matt in 2021
