Bamford thread? It's here. This guy is immense. Let's start with this header and run. Look at the timing. He's right there for the cutback. You'll see that his movement is arguably the best in football from CF in this thread.
Look towards your far right. He's always available in behind. Look at how he occupies CBs and creates space throughout the entire clip. Always in position for the ball in behind.
Watch the replay of this run. Make use of blind sides. Comes offside to onside and curves his run. Technically secure to take it.
He makes use of blind sides here and the runs of others. Always spearheading a move. Threat.
One of my favourite moments of the match. Look at the far right of your screen. He tells Alioski to slip in Harrison because he knows he's in position for a tap in with the third man run. Creative brain. Anticipation.
Look at his movement at the beginning of this clip. A top creator slips him in to the left of Alderweireld. He makes so many good runs that would be found by proper creators. Not found? No problem. He's always in the perfect position to receive the cross. He'll be disappointed.
This play is élite. He anticipates and wins the ball from the press, holds it up and continues the move. Tries to get it back and doesn't when the ball comes inside, look at how he makes a curved run from the left (25.13), doesn't get it and calls for it on the far post.
This guy's footballing brain is world-world class. If he had proper creators with vision and a final ball, he easily hits 30 goal seasons.
Look at how he drags a CB out of position, then spins. Look at the body positioning after the spin. He's ready to receive it in the pocket if the wide man can execute it. If he cuts in, he's in the perfect position to gain speed on the defensive line.
When I saw this back, this run made me speechless. He doesn't get it early and just makes a small near post movement. Makes it look so so easy. He doesn't need to waste energy because he always knows what's coming next.
This entire move begins and ends with him pinning down CBs. It creates the space between the lines. Look at him moving and occupying them in the box. Creates space for the shot. @Goalimpact
So much of his play is uncanny to Harry Kane. He should be Kane's sub for England. So many players rush decisions here. He waits and uses the run on the right to create space on the inside. He scored one of these against Villa. He'll bag many this way.
Not the same tek but you can see he can hit them both ways from a similar kinda angle. https://twitter.com/leedswhiterose/status/1320057407469486081?s=19
Poor execution by his technical standards but watch how he drags out the fullback and makes the space on the left wing. He basically would've made the entire move from scratch.
Spend the entire clip watching him in and around the box. Stays onside and constantly lurking on the blindside of defenders. He's a nightmare to face. Arguably at least as hard to stop as Kane. Everywhere he moves, the ball seems to come in and around there.
Here, he makes a run to the far post, doesn't get it and presses to win it back. His work rate is incredible. I could make a thread on that alone.
Unfortunately, this footage is broken so you can't see the beginning and end. Watch how he follows up the Rodrigo shot at the beginning for the tap in. Later, he's always available for the final ball as the ball moves. Watch his movement.

He ended that clip with a run that made space in the middle. People that say he's system player haven't a clue about football or have a pure agenda. He's responsible for almost every single Leeds attacking move... He elevates them.
This suggests that he was performing at a world-class level in the championship. Now, he's bagging even more goals in the PL. He must be one of the best in the world now according to the model. https://twitter.com/Goalimpact/status/1285281347133677570?s=20
He's a world class English striker with a complete skillset and one year left on his contract. Bargain of the decade. You can't turn this down if you're Arsenal. He's scoring 20 league goals easily. Probably even without pens.
