Little more from Mike Brey on news that Georgia Tech home game is off because of coronavirus - Brey said the league has given #NotreDame the green light to find regional non-league games at a moment's notice if at all possible to replace PPD league games....
#NotreDame doesn't have a spot for another non-league game, but Brey said that doesn't matter. Doesn't anticipate any ACC team playing 20 league games or getting to NCAA maximum of 27. So they're going to play who and where they can....
If that means adding a game against Western Michigan, they'll do it. If that means playing a DePaul or a Butler or a Valparaiso instead of an ACC game, that's what's going to happen. Most important aspect of it, Brey said, is to play games.
