THREAD: @JoeBiden won. There is no widespread voter fraud problem that would have changed the outcome of the election. Don't take anyone's word on it, look at the evidence.

The #SeditionCaucus and Trump allies are not trying to #StopTheSteal, they're attempting a coup.
Over 100 Rinos are setting a dangerous precedent. They are essentially saying that they as members of Congress, majority of them elected in the reddest of districts, have the right to rob states of their explicit constitutional duties for electing the president.
As @Liz_Cheney explained, the #SeditionCaucus has a lot of questions to answer. I highly doubt they could. Some of the questions she raised in her congressional memo were:

Did they realize they were proposing to delay the inaugural?
Did they mean to set up a scenario where we
would have an "acting president?"
Did they figure out how long we would go with an acting president? And who decides when that undefined process is over?
Will it require more congressional action?
Could the acting president veto such action?

These are simple, yet consequential.
The 11th and 12th Amendments are very clear. Cheney's memo made a good point that the Constitution doesn't say "The person having the greatest Number of EC votes for President, shall be the President--unless Congress objects..."

It's like the #SeditionCaucus didn't even think
their stunt all the way through, or figure out what they would actually do once they pulled the trigger. This is a wildly dangerous series of actions taken by elected officials. Who say we should doubt elections, except the results that gave them a title.
All of Trump's lawsuits have failed. Arizona's state trial court, Supreme Court and federal courts all concluded the election was secure. Georgia state courts said the same. So did Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada.

We need to as Republicans denounce the continued
attempts to undermine our elections in service of one man's ego and his clan of clout-hungry grifters. They are taking advantage of well-meaning people and profiting off of division and fear. Republicans need to have courage in standing up for what is right and say enough.
And not only must we say enough, we must take action to ensure that the Trump wing of the party doesn't continue to tank Republicans and the stability of our states and our nation. There are real policy debates that need to be had, and we can't do that in today's environment.
Moving forward as a party cannot happen though until Republicans recognize we lost the presidency and put out the flames of fascism raging in the GOP. We need to find strong candidates, support others who believe its possible and are willing to put in the work to #RestoreOurGOP.
