-- The festival was suggested by the butcher army (Quackity, Ranboo, Tubbo and Fundy), then left to Tubbo and Ranboo to plan.
-- The festival has been set up by Tubbo and Ranboo, who seem to think of the festival as a symbol of New L'manburg

-- Quackity and Fundy see the festival as a way for them to take one of Dreams canon lives, this being the reason they suggested it, but this hasn't been mentioned or planned on stream

-- Quackity wants the festival to be a way for him to kill Dream or Techno, and its unclear if Tubbo and Ranboo still remember this.
-- Fundy is also aware of the execution plan, but hasn't done anything to set up that part, despite being there during setup

-- Tommy and Techno have 54 withers, intending to crash the festival after finding out about it from Fundy during his interogation.
-- Tommy wants to get back his discs at the festival, and Techno wants to destroy lmanburg once and for all

-- Technoblade has indicated that the tunnels under L'Manburg are full of tnt
