REASON 1.
Chelsea fans will agree the team has become too crossing reliant, looking toothless in final third. Lampard is wedded to either a 4-3-3, or to 3-4-3 when he panics.
Tuchel is tactically superb. He led a team based like this through UCL & Ligue 1, and made it stable!

Another thing Lampard missed was experience. He is not top of the coaching game, because he has barely started.
Tuchel has led the way in innovative methods. At Dortmund, he made players train with tennis balls, so they would focus on winning the ball more cleanly!

A HUGE problem, since Mourinho left has been mentality Every year, Chelsea have a period losing embarrassingly at January-February.
Tuchel is a superb man-manager. Neymar went from wanting to leave to,"Happy in Paris". When PSG have been down, Tuchel turns it around

Lampard has received due credit for helping through Chelsea's next generation.
Tuchel though, is primed to take CHO and Ruben to the next level. At PSG, Moise Kean, Bakker, Mbappe, Marquinhos and Parades improved hugely under his coaching and management.
