We know that Black and brown LGBTQ people are disproportionately criminalized and under-resourced. Yet not one single Black person was nominated by President Trump to the court of appeals.
Trump judges now occupy more than 25% of federal court of appeals seats and 85% of them are members of the conservative Federalist Society.
