⚠️Well today's forecast has it all. Rain, mountain snow, winds, & dangerous beach conditions. We stayed up all night working on it! So here's a quick THREAD on what you can expect today. We'll leave you in good hands with the day crew who arrives soon- midnight shift out. #wawx
🌧️ Yet another stream of moisture will spread more rain across the area into Wednesday morning. Given recent heavy rainfall, the ground is very saturated so expect urban street flooding & an elevated threat of landslides. River flooding continues at several locations. #wawx
❄️ Snow will continue to pile up in the mountains. Snow levels around 2500-3500 feet. If you have travel plans across the Cascades, plan on delays and winter driving conditions! Check @wsdot road conditions before you go at: http://wsdot.com/traffic/passes  #wawx
🌬️Southerly winds will pick up during the day as the system moves inland. Gusty winds are expected along the coast, San Juans, Admiralty Inlet, and western Whatcom and Skagit counties. Power outages and tree damage possible in these areas. #wawx
🌊Last but not least, waves will build along the Pacific Coast today. Large waves combined with gusty winds will create dangerous beach conditions. Keep your distance and never turn your back to the ocean! /END THREAD #wawx
