And I'll convince you it's just as important men have access, too! Dads matter! And they shouldn't have to choose between being in the ICU and/or helping their wife OR their career
But tragically they are asked to make that choice every day in America. Imagine a father having to leave his preemie and his wife who's recovering from the C section and had complications bc he has no days off ... Such avoidable trauma. Families are the core of our society.
I've met many dads with stories like this last year in DC when we fought for the 12wks we got all Federal employees. 🙌 what a perfect way to show we Value the American Family
