Why does Towa doesn't transform into full human during New Moon in Reiwa era but aged normally?

A thread;
This is a synthetic energy source theory so lets begin.
Towa was raised in the modern era, specifically Tokyo, Japan. Cities are know for being sleepless. (Lights are always visible).
Lets say that inu youkai (inu hanyo specifically) gathered energy from the moon that's why they lost demonic power during it's absence. (I'm fully aware that every hanyo varies but inu hanyo are highly similar when it comes to their special night/day).
Referenced from the episode Jakotsumaru of the Redboned Palace, Towa said "it's my first time seeing the night so dark". Which is understandable since she lives in the sleepless city of Tokyo.
If inu hanyo gets energy from the moon (since they only lose demon traits and abilities during moonless nights) and the moon's light is actually sun's energy getting reflected that means inu hanyo's energy source is actually natural energy.
Natural Energy came from sun (as it's general source) but this energy can be also produced artificially, noticed how eggs are exposed to yellow light since energy=heat that is necessary for the eggs to hatch.
Moonless night=no energy source for Towa's demon powers (Feudal era) but in Reiwa, Towa is highly exposed to artificial sources of energy (LED lights, light bulbs etc.) which is a good replacement for the natural energy source (sun).
Plus you can see, Towa sleeps with lights on (compare Towa to the eggs earlier) which means even when she sleeps she's exposed to artificial energy.
That's all thank you.
