While 2020 will be remembered as the year of the pandemic, I want to honour the best moments of every month lest we gloss over the small wins!

In February I purchased my first home! I entered the sex industry with the end goal to be my own home, and at 29 I finally did it! 
In March, for the first time since I was 18, I felt I could adjust my appearance without worrying about perceptions and the industry. With blue hair I could express my vibrant personality!
In April I entered the scary world of content creation! As someone who makes her best impression in person, this was confronting but my clients made me feel welcomed and loved! As a result I now have an Onlyfans I feel safe and proud in!
In May, I filmed myself having sex for the first time! This may not sound like an accomplishment but I had to work through so much internalised whorephobia, judgement and fear. I was so vulnerable! Now I am so strong, there’s nothing anyone can say or do that’ll shame me!
In June, thanks to the wise foresight of @1KeiraQuinn, I toured and that meant I wasn’t totally broke for when the hard lockdown came into force in Melbourne! It also gave me the opportunity to build my own PC so I could play games while in isolation. Thank god for Keira!
July is always one the hardest months for me! Not only was I deep in winter (which I’d normally avoid) but isolation was seeping in. Lucky for me, my clients and I went for walks to fight off the winter bite, and with so many online dates, how could ones heart ever turn to ice 
By August I was at my breaking point! But my brother, whom I was estranged with since my teens because he was a meanie, repaired our relationship. We are the only family we have in Melbourne and the pandemic brought us closer. He visited me to do a puzzle to ease my mind 
In September, I made the decision to get back to my studies and I have was accepted into a Masters of Public Health!
In October, I learned to write grants for @redfilesinc, a secure online resource centre for sex workers. Red Files doesn’t get any funding, it’s volunteer run & it gives up to 800 sex workers in Australia all the information they need at the click of a button. Donate if you can!
In November, the gates were finally open and I could see my friends! I went to the beach for the first time in the year! My skin didn’t have to be translucent! I learned how to have fun again! I shot my first real porno on my birthday with @LittleEvieJones. Look at me go!
For December, it seems like life is coming back to normal. I visited my brother in the Gold Coast, launched my Onlyfans, balanced that with my escorting and went on a magical camping trip to reconnect with my roots.

Happy new year! I know it’s been tough, and we’ve all faced challenges emotionally, mentally, financially and physically but we made it! Here’s hoping 2021 gives us a chance to recover and grow into the people we wish for ourselves to become. I hope this year is your best year!
