key point: even though the commission is "bi-partisan" it doesn't mean it's "non-partisan".

in fact, the horse-trading between Democrats and Republicans actually leads *both* parties to put their partisan priorities ahead of our public ones.

it's how you get "majority-minority" districts like the 15th LD in Yakima that still has a 60% White electorate 10 years later and where the Yakima Nation is split up, diluting the Native vote.

It's an insult to communities of color and we're gonna put an end to it this year.
