Jan 20th is date that matters Constitutionally:

"Terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January"

Pence can, and in my view, should defer.

Allows Audit to proceed. Takes ECA away.

Gives states time to revisit, clarify. With new evidence.

Importantly, this should take a McConnell-led vote to certify results out of the equation on June 6th.

In other words, should remove the Electoral Count Act (which brings the Senate into play) from the equation.

And EAC is unconstitutional as it violates 12th & 20th Amendments.
