1/ Salesforce baffles me 😅😕
2/ Running a simple DCF seems to show potential upside in the stock (up to $300 per share).

S/O @iamtomnash with this vid:
3/ The firm also make good inorganic plays, albeit at high valuations (e.g. Slack, Tableau, Mulesoft).

I.e. They’re constantly looking to add tech and service adjacencies to their model for long term growth
4/ But as silly as it sounds, I tend to invest in things I use and like e.g. Amazon, Apple, Google. I don’t get the same vibes off Salesforce
5/ Salesforce is a great CRM tool for a massive B2B business at the macro level. It can store mass amounts of info on customers, contacts, leads, discussions, project types, prices, rates etc.
6/ But crucially, as a user, I find it so counter-intuitive & clunky, with more buttons than a NASA spaceship. Half the time I just use CTRL+F to find what I need & other half I just message support chat
7/ I see the rate of Salesforce adoption with large businesses however. And putting user-friendliness aside, it truly can be a one-stop shop for CRM/cloud services for corporates.

I probably need to stop thinking with a B2C hat on... and buy some Salesforce stock 📈
