In a time where great discernment is necessary... due to a ton of spiritual manipulators and deceivers... follow these tips for guidance:

1. Follow those who openly show they have been through & lived the paths into the shadow self & the light...

Those who have nothing to hide. People speaking from their own inner truth will get honest & show transparency for having been there themself.

Those who are misguiding will only ever talk about themself on their light path & rarely, if ever, show themself in a negative light or talk about their own setbacks. Deceivers only ever want to appear ‘perfect’.

2. Follow those with a consistent message... those who are misguiding often contradict themselves because they are putting on a show for people & not speaking from their own truth...

3. Follow those who can see all sides of the spectrum in a situation... those who are misguiding will often respond in a condescending tone... where usually they are always in the right & you are ‘wrong’ or ‘misinterpreting their message’ or ‘responding from a place of emotion’..

This is their ego talking.

4. Those preaching from their own truth talk about their own journey & their own story often... those misguiding usually only talk in generalities sounding a lot like spiritual bumper sticker catch phrases.

Pay attention...
Trust your intuition...

Ask yourself how you feel after reading another person’s messages... is it a feeling of conflict or a feeling of calm?

Always ask yourself if their messages align with your own truth & heart.
