As used in this section, the terms “organizes” & “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, incl. recruiting of new members, forming of new units & regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes & other units of such society, group or assembly..

Article I, section 5 of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member." #ExpelTheTraitors #GOPTraitors
