-I with two partners head up FSO Capital Partners. A small syndication group based in Phoenix.

-Value add multifamily in AZ and the southwest

-Operate just over 400 units throughout AZ primarily in Phoenix (225 in escrow)

-Target deals with severe management, deferred maintenance, or operational issues

-Believe in the Southwest given its pro-business environment and continued population growth

-Actively acquiring LIHTC deals we see this being a tremendous alternative to traditional value add

Personal Background

-Born and raised in Southern CA

-Arizona State Alum played hockey there and junior in Spokane

-Spent just shy of a decade brokering small multifamily in Southeast Los Angeles

-Have a wonderful girlfriend of 2 years who is an amazing aesthetician (@ megan.faces on Instagram)

-1 French Bulldog (used to be 2 until recently RIP Bella)
