PSA: the number part of a bra size does not include titty meat. At least it’s not supposed to. The number measures the under bust, where a bra is supposed to sit. The letter corresponds (roughly) to number of inches bigger than the under bust that the top bust is
A person in a 32F bra has a 32in under bust and a ~6in top bust. The titties add 6in to the diameter. That same person could “fit” a 34D or a 36B but the bra wouldn’t give the best possible lift and support. Bras are supposed to sit on your ribs while the cups support like
I wore a 42DDD for the longest bc that was the bra size in Sears that “fit” me. A fellow big breasted sista put me on to Top Drawer, a lingerie boutique. I got sized and put into a 34J. My back felt instantly great and my titties sat up and saluted.
Me in a 34J. Ignore the bulging. I’m also wearing a corset. The correct bra size is life changing. I have an old thread somewhere with how to do it
That pic (34J) was 5 years ago and I gained 100 pounds since that time. At my heaviest (+300lbs) my bra size was 38JJ. I’m currently in a 36JJ. At 5’5 and more than 300 pounds my under bust was 38. I know there are some wide backs out there but if you’re smaller than me...
You’re probably just wearing the wrong bra size
