A quick thread about business communication.

I've been helping @ZachHomol with some digital projects for over a year now. Some of them are pretty technically complex.

We're in touch daily, but we NEVER talk on the phone. Probably only 4x in 2020.

3. We both use a @msonenote and can mark up screenshots on an iPad, etc.

If you do any kind of full time/side work solopenuership, and somebody needs endless hours of your time on the phone...you're not getting much done.

Less talk. More action. Not hard at all.

If you're getting talked to death on the phone, figure out how to change that in '21.

Ending a business relationship over pointless calls should be an option that's on the table.

Your life will be a lot better.

Phone calls just aren't that necessary.
