Deep breath, here we go (again).
Remember what we have learnt so far....

1. We can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves. Think about what you need to do to stay healthy physically and mentally.
2. Some people will be juggling kids and caring responsibilities. Find our what they need.

3. Some people will be grieving, many will be anxious. Ask people how they are and listen to the answer. Be honest about how you are. This will encourage others to share too.
4. Don’t default to video calls all the time - phone calls work well and are less stressful for many people. If it’s a one to one discussion and you already know someone talk by phone.
5. Allow gaps between video meetings and comfort breaks every 45 minutes in a video meeting. We all need breaks from the screen... we are human...
