Nearly a quarter of Hamilton opening weekend Subscribers cancelled Disney+ within a month – 59% remained Subscribed three months later

Comparatively, 69% of June '20 Disney+ Subscribers remained Subscribed three months later – 70% for HBO Max, 77% for Netflix in the same period
Unlike the Box Office, success of direct-to-SVOD films cannot only be measured by the number of people willing to pay the price of admission. Retaining these customers is critical to success
