Async teams can still be high trust and often have to be. It doesn't mean that they don't pair or mob just that they aren't required to.
I find the thread interesting. I swap between doing feature branches or main line development. It usually depends on what I want to communicate or whether I'm essaying something out.
Anyway, an interesting thread. I don't see it taking the macho approach of some "feature branching is evil and for only bad teams" I've read elsewhere which is probably why I can engage (badly) with it. Thx for writing it
