CA-CS-CMAs and tax professionals are only facilitators in the process.
If compliances do not happen, it's a loss : first to the government and then to the taxpayers.
Government loses on tax revenues, while taxpayers are penalized for non-compliance of laws.

Tax professionals including CAs, CS, CMAs have been pretty kind enough so far by only raising their voice in a democratic manner.
Expecting a fair response from the department and websites isn't too much of a burden, I guess.

a. not logging in valid users
b. not providing proper CAPTCHA

.... frankly speaking, all they get / face is agony, pain, suffering, disappointment, trauma ( the list is unending ..... )

They probably have their own set of pre-conceived notions and biases, which may be the underlying basis for their decisions and / or actions ( or inactions in a few cases ).

Don't be surprised seeing a notice to file your return even before the due date is yet to expire / elapse.
Yes, this has FOR SURE happened with quite a few of us with GSTR-3B returns in the past few months.
The "DEFAULTED" saga also isn't too old to forget.
