I run Tekton Group, a REPE boutique, in Denver CO.

We invest in B/C multifamily properties on the Colorado Front Range. We have bought over 500 units here in the last 7 years.
We do heavy value-add renovations to maximize the unlevered yield on our investments.

Our core strategy is to invest in sub-institutional scale multifamily. “Bigger than mom and pops, but smaller than institutional”. In our market, that is generally 10-40 unit buildings.
