Let's face it, this is not going to end until furlough ends and those who have lost everything finally group together and take direct action towards those perpetrating it. Facts and evidence is not working. Tweets are not working. Legal cases are not working.
If you have a job and a family to support, chances are very low of taking any action that could risk it, it's basic self-preservation. The Government know this.
If you're mental or physical health is suffering then my advice is to rationalise it this way - focus on what you can change, ignore everything that you can't. Focus on yourself, your family, and friends. Take a break from Twitter, it's a self re-enforcing loop.
Things will change but the overall outcome is not in your control, so be aware and stay informed, try to educate people, but try not to get stressed about every little thing, your health will suffer and you're doing their job for them.
As the saying goes 'Don't let the bastards grind you down'. Frodo didn't get to Mount Doom on his own, he was helped by all those willing to help him even in the tiniest of ways. Taking care of your mental health is in and of itself, one of those ways to help in our quest. End
