1. I noticed from your financials that your revenues have been growing at an average of 30% YoY, how have you balanced this against operating expenses?
2. Am aware that you are so big on diversity & inclusion judging from how diverse your workforce is. What is the motivation?

3. Clearly, this company seems to be so concerned about the environment looking at how much you've invested in CSR. Are we likely to see an increase in budgetary allocation and initiatives towards increasing stakeholder engagement?
4. Between the year 2000 and 2010, you've reduced so much on the number of retail branches. Is this a way of promoting digital channels? If so, how does this feed into your manpower planning?
You can go on and on. What asking questions does is, it shows the panel that you are interested in the company, you know exactly how you'll fit in, that you buy into their philosophy & culture and hence, hitting the ground running won't be an issue.
