***Update: New Covid Rules***

Nicola Sturgeon has just announced that from midnight tonight in Scotland there is a legal requirement to stay at home except for essential purposes (caring, essential shopping, exercise, being part of an extended household)...

- Everyone who can work from home should be working from home.
- Those who are shielding should not be required to go to work
- Frequency of exercise is unlimited
- A maximum of two people from two households can meet outdoors
- Only essential travel
- No public worship

- Work canteens now need more distancing
- Some more non-essential businesses will need to close
- Schools will remain closed until 1st February except for vulnerable children and children of key workers.
