Having blocked Allison Pearson long ago, I can't actually say that she tweets lies about the NHS. In fairness to her, I can say that she might not actually lie deliberately but I do remember her telling porkies about a photo of a child lying on the floor at Leeds General.
I do think it's fair to say Ms Pearson is not only financially bankrupt, she is morally bankrupt too, given her vicious abuse and doxing of one man under great pressure.
