Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe has said he had prior knowledge, and was aware, of Highways Minister Joe Hargrave’s intention to go to Palm Springs over Christmas holidays to “sell his personal property”. 1/4 #skpoli
...Moe would have also known that Joe would be out of the loop for at least 28 days, due to the 14 day “mandatory isolation” in California on arrival in the US and another 14 more days of “mandatory isolation” back home in Prince Albert, SK on return. 2/4 #skpoli
...There would have been arrangements made for assignment of an “Acting Minister of Highways” in Joe’s absence. (for at least 1 month at a minimum). It would also have required the participation of the individual who was being appointed “Acting Minister.” 3/4 #skpoli
...All the paperwork necessary to achieve this indicates this was a deliberate and calculated move done with the full knowledge and endorsement of the Premier. This was not simply an “error in judgement”.
