THE IMPORTANCE OF MEDITATION FOR MENTAL CLARITY. (THREAD #2)

[THREAD]
Meditation, in my books.

IN MY BOOKS.

There are many concepts.

Is...

Focusing on one particular aspect of the mind.

Breath, affirmations, something else you might imagine.

All with the goal of expanding clarity, awareness, having a positive effect on your mind.
I meditate to order my thoughts.

In the morning, it gives you a good foundation for thinking clearly about what you will have to accomplish in the day, to make it fruitful.

It also makes you see a lot of things in a better relation.

For example, meditating on a conflict.
This conflict is very likely to take on a different shape in your mind now.

Sitting down, focusing on the internal, forces you to look at things from angles.

Wether you are only focusing on breath, or anything else, you will emerge with more clarity, be able to think better.
How many times do you do it?

Depends.

Put it into your day in the best possible way for you.

Some meditate 30 mins at once.

I have a 15 15 split, morning, night.

But also.

Do not be afraid when you skip a meditation session, due to other business.

Just come back to it.
Meditation is a habit that has helped me in many scenarios, helped me with thinking more clearly about subjects.

All you need is yourself, not even a special style of sitting.

I do it standing sometimes.

Find your edge with it and it is a great weapon in your arsenal.
Once again.

Thanks for chilling around for a good thread with me.

My lemon tea is still quite hot so I'll jot down another.

What will it be?

Reading.

I've started numbering threads, so i can flex the number someday.

Beautiful.

Listening to some good soundtracks right now.
