What's Gone Wrong For Kai Havertz

It's hasn't been smooth sailing for Kai after his £72M move to the Bundesliga with only 2 goal involvements in 14 PL Games
So let's evaluate what's going wrong and how we can fix it

Positions and Formations
So far Kai has been mainly utilised RW, midfielder in a 433 and as a CAM, positions he played in at Leipzig but isn't performing the best in so let's look deeper

Problems as a RW
At Leverkusen, he had Sven Bender as the main RB behind while at Chelsea he has Reece James.
The difference between the two is that James is much more attacking so Kai has to link play with him and isn't given the freedom to move

Problems as a CAM/CM
The problems extend as a RW extend to him playing in the midfield, as you can see there are 7 players in the final 1/3 in Chelsea's 433

This isn't good as there's no space for the players to operate
I mean just look at it, it's so unorganised.
This is why Chelsea struggle to create goals in games

How to fix this
1) Switch to a 4231

Although his goal scoring output could decrease, his creativity would show and the attack wouldn't get clustered

2) 433 but with no Mount

It seems as if Mount and Kai can't play together, similar to Gerrard and Lampard for England.
Kai gets more freedom but it's at the expense of Mount, which isn't good imo
