Now, pick days to work on the little phases you have broken the single goal into.

You want to write a book.
That’s a single goal for 2021.
Let’s break it down.

The book will have 10 chapters.
Each chapter for each month of the year.
You are left with two months to write the preambles.

Then, break each chapter into 4 weeks and the pick few days in the week to write till you complete that chapter.
You have successfully reduced the work into something you don’t have to work yourself up about.
