Did you know that the Quran was first sent in 7 dialects of Arabic for convenience of the Arabs living in different geographical locations?

Example, the Mushaf in Iraq & Syria followed Ubai Bin Kaa’ab & Abdullah Ibn Masood’s dialect was followed in the Masahif of Iran?

Well...
During his Jihad period in Azerbaijan - Armenia, Huzaifa Bin Yamaan noticed that students of different schools were now in a conflict over correct pronunciation of the Quran, and by then, Hazrat Usman had also noticed the variance of opinion.
A team of four - Hazrat Zaid bin Haris, Hazrat Saeed Bin Aa’s, Hazrat Abdul rehman Ibn Haris Bin Hisham & Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair - was formed to work on making a single Mushaf in the Standard Arabic, based on a Mushaf which was the property of Hazrat Hafsa.
Except Hazrat Zaid Bin Haris - who was a native of Madinah - all three members of the team were Quraish. According to two different opinions, there were 5 or 7 copies made of the original Quran.
The 5/7 Masahif lacked all sorts of diacritical marks, which were reportedly added by either Hijaj Bin Yousuf or by the order of Zaid bin Abi Sufyan (The governor of Kufa) as there is a difference of opinion about it..
The copies were sent to Makkah, Syria, Yemen, Bahrain, Kufa, Basra & Madinah as the sample Mushaf and all differences were thus ordered to be resolved under one sample; the Standard Arabic Quran..
The Companions of the Prophet, may Allah be pleased with them (collectively) *Radeyallahu ahnu ajma'een* since I could not add it with each and every name due to the shortage of Tweet characters.
