I’m going to make this a thread of disabled streamers. Twitch has refused repeatedly to add a ‘Disabled’ tag, so, as with most disabled folk, we have to do the work ourselves.

Cleppy, aka @ecleptix007, is one of my dear friends, and deals with chronic pain. She also happens to be a damn good streamer. She has a service dog called Gizmo, who is the Best Dog.

Someone I've watched for a long time, who showed me that disabled & chronically ill streamers existed, is @RadderssGaming. She is incredible. She taught me that I could stream & not have to apologise for prioritising my health.

I very much admire @negaoryx for the ways in which she discusses her disability and chronic pain on her streams. It's helped me change how I understand and view my own disabilities. Absolutely recommend watching her, because she is a ray of sunshine.
