I have a friend who's interested in buying the baby busyboard for her friend's baby, but when asked, the baby is a newborn...which means it would take a longgg time to wait before the baby can play with the board 
so I told her to find something else to buy.

Bepanthen Nappy care ointment. For baby rashes, and can also be doubled as nipple crack cream (for the mothers).
Baby nail trimmer / clippers set. Very handy and practical. I absolutely forgot all about this when I was preparing for Ilhan's stuff before she was born
Diaper caddy organizer. Senang nak organize baby diaper-changing stuff, and mobile too. Angkut je weh. Nak bawak gi rumah babysitter pun senang
Bany food processor / maker. Sooo many types. Ada yang 2 in 1, 3 in 1.m and much more. Not really for newborn, sebab baby boleh makan solid food starting 6 months, but still a very useful gift
Baby teethers 
so cute and colorful and really helpful too. Bila gusi bayi start gatal, you can give them these to play with, dia akan gigitÂČ apa semua. Lagi best kalau yg ada clips tu, kepit kat baju tak hilang hehe

Newborn headbands / beanies. Need I say more ? These are sooo adorable
